The Accommodation

The semi-detached holiday cottages have been recently converted to a very high standard, and offer luxury accommodation in a fantastic hillside location.  Available for holidays all the year round with cosy wood-burning stoves, full oil-fired underfloor central heating in the colder months, fluffy duvets, crisp white bed linen, instant hot water, patio gardens with BBQs and outside lighting, and wonderful views. A two-storey cottage offering on the ground floor:

Entrance door to fully fitted modern kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob and oven, fridge,)  microwave with dining area with double French Doors opening onto garden.

Spacious hall with desk, plenty of coat hooks, under-stairs cupboard housing freezer, boiler cupboard, stairs to first floor, and door to

Sitting room with two sets of  lovely handmade French Doors opening to front and back gardens, 2 comfy sofas, wood-burning stove, FreeSat TV, DVD player (bring your own DVDs or rent them locally).

Upstairs there are two wonderful King Size bedrooms  (one room can be made up as a Twin, please advise if you require this option at the time of booking), fabulous new bathroom with full-size bath with shower over the bath, glass shower screen, WC and basin. There is a large cupboard on the landing with radiator, for extra storage etc.

Outside sitting areas (front and back) with garden furniture, BBQ and outside lights. Ideal for al fresco dining overlooking the hills.  Ample parking area for 2 - 3 cars.

Arranged over a single storey but with steps down from driveway and parking area (for 2 cars), entrance door into

Very large open plan kitchen/dining room/ sitting room - a great room for entertaining...  The new fully fitted kitchen has integrated appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer), microwave, and has Double French doors opening onto deck with steps down to rear garden overlooking  a stream.

The sitting area also has a French door onto front garden, cosy wood-burning stove, FreeSat TV, DVD player (bring your own DVDs or rent them locally), 2 comfy sofas (one can be used as a small double bed at an extra charge - please advise at time of booking if this option is required), door through to back hall leading to

Two King-size bedrooms (one room can be made up as a twin, please advise if this option is required at the time of booking) both with lovely French doors opening onto front garden, bathroom with full-size bath with shower over bath, WC and basin. There is also a large cupboard for extra storage, suitcases etc.

When booked together the two cottages can sleep up to 10 people.
