AVAILABLE FRESH FROM THE BUTCHER ON WEDNESDAY 9th AUGUST

Our 10kg beef box will include at least one each of the following:

- Roasting joint
- Sirloin or Rump steak 
- Braising steak
- Stewing steak (diced)
- Pack of mince
- 100% Beef burgers

The meat is vacuum-packed and delivered in wool-lined insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure freshness and safety. We can deliver to locations within 15 minutes drive of Machynlleth or Aberystwyth (and locations in between) or arrange for pick-up at the farm or in Machynlleth.

Highland cattle in trees

We are non-certified because of our small size, but we farm along agroecological principles to meet and exceed organic and Pasture for Life standards. We aim to actively restore the land that they graze on, in terms of biodiversity and soil health, by managing grazing levels and planting trees as part of a carefully designed agroforestry project.
